With any research project, our goal is to work in the most effective way possible in order to ensure the integrity of the data we gather. In order to achieve this goal, GreatBlue employs computer-aided interviewing platforms for both telephone-based and online research studies resulting in comprehensive and statistically reliable data. Our in-house, 24-seat bilingual Call Center provides personal day, evening and weekend service to best meet client needs. GreatBlue’s professional Projects Team partners with every client to design and program a client-specific survey. Following data collection and analysis, thorough and insightful summary reports are compiled providing specific, actionable results.
